In the spring of 2015 we got the chance to go through Quality Bakery in Fargo and salvage different equipment and pieces before they closed down. This table top was actually salvaged at the same time from a customer and we recently got the chance to build a table and bench from this butcher block top. The top was originally 12′ x 40″ and a full 3″ thick.
